Members of the Metis Team recently made their way to the UK to attend the INSOL London 2022 conference, hosted by INSOL International.

The Team in attendance had an incredibly exciting time, finally being able to attend an “in-person” industry conference, where they were afforded the opportunity to learn, share thoughts and ideas and network with fellow delegates – both familiar and new.

The Team thoroughly enjoyed the keynote addresses and various sessions including those on rescue finance, the legal innovation agenda and the neuroscience of leadership, to name but a few.

Metis was particularly proud of the South African delegates who prominently featured on this global stage including, Eric Levenstein of Werksmans, who introduced a session on the “Recovery of Assets in the Digital Age”, Jo Mitchell-Marais of Deloitte, who received her INSOL International Fellow designation and Thomas Kgokolo from SAA and with K2 Mapasa from Basil Read, both of whom featured in the session “Learning from Failure – CEOs Retell their Stories”.
